Shipping Policy
Primary method of shipping is UPS. UPS does not deliver on holidays or weekends. If a rush is needed, there will be additional shipping charges. Insurance is highly recommended as Gypsies and Cowgirls cannot be responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages.
In stock items will be shipped within 24 to 72 hours of payment confirmation. If an item is out of stock we will notify you on the future shipment information. If an item is no longer available, we will notify you immediately. In the event that your order is time sensitive, please contact us so that special arrangements can be made.
Return Policy
Returns are for defective merchandise only If there is a defect or damage to your order please contact us immediately (*within 5 days of receipt) to resolve this issue. We will be happy to exchange your purchase, issue a store credit, or refund your credit card.
Please return items within 7 days from date of purchase in original condition with all packaging intact, along with a detailed description of the problem. Items must be unused and unworn with original tags intact. Please enclose a copy of your original receipt so that we may know how to credit your account.
All returns must be authorized (*please call or email for authorization number) and postmarked within seven (7) business days after date of purchase. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless defective and authorized. Return shipments should be addressed to Gypsies and Cowgirls, 225 Sunset Road, Brownwood, Texas 76801.
ALL sale items are final.
Please ship any returns with sufficient insurance. Gypsies and Cowgirls cannot be responsible for returned items which have been lost in shipping and cannot issue refunds on lost items so please return with sufficient insurance.
